Unsolved On page grader
-
All of my keywords score a 53 using the on page grader. When I look at the notes it indicates I don't have the keyword in question anywhere on the page which, while true in some cases, is not always factual. Does anyone have a similar experience?

SEO tool is flagging missing keywords despite them being present. A few reasons could be specific keyword placements, synonyms, or the tool's limitations. Check for natural keyword use, consider synonyms, and remember, that tools aren't always perfect for assessing content.

Yes, others have experienced similar discrepancies where on-page SEO tools mistakenly report missing keywords on pages despite their presence. This can be due to tool limitations, issues with crawling, or difficulty recognizing variations of keywords. Manually reviewing and optimizing content is advisable for accuracy.

Value of using spaces or no spaces on product category page varient keywords
Hello, all fellow Mozzers,
On-Page Optimization | | JamesDavison
I have taken over a project and this account, so can't change the username according to MOZ.🙃 We run an eCommerce website, and to me, some of the content is conflicting as some pages have more information content than what I would put in a commerce page, but this is how the boss wants it to work, personally, I would separate the content out.
The page I'm working on:
https://www.longstonetyres.co.uk/tyres/205-70-14.html
and this is an example of the rest of these types of pages, I will be tackling:
https://www.longstonetyres.co.uk/tyres/125-15.html I was tasked to improve SEO ranking, when using the MOZ page grader I had a score of 24 out of 27 83% SEO score and 3-page problems. 7th position in Google for the search term 205/70 R14 As it is a generic product listing page, It was pointless to add to the URL and the Internal links I can't reduce as these are links to products, so I went to reduce the
keyword stuffing and making the page content more natural, this improved the page to 25 out of 27, 87% SEO score and 2-page problems. Improvement to 3rd position in Google, but he wants to chase 1st place to be above his competitors, which is fair enough. It turns out that in the past, they have used this type of page to try and get a high ranking for several search terms, as it is a different variation on a tyre size terms are:
205/70 R14, 205/70R14, 205/70 R 14
205/70 X 14, 205/70X14, 205/70 X14
and so on for all the different ways you can search for this tyre size. He is also convinced Google will see these as different search terms, and while I agree to an extent, this causes Keyword Stuffing on the page, which in turn was harming the rankings. Each product listed on the page already has its own title 205/70 R14, 205/70 HR14 and so on, so my question is. What is the best practice for writing content on these types of pages to gain high rankings for several Keywords, and what value does writing the same keyword with spaces and no spaces have? Any help or advice is welcome, so I have a better understanding of how to approach this for this page and the rest of the site. Cheers Mal0 -

Unsolved Mistake on keyword stuffing detection(in my view)
Hello!
Moz Bar | | Seoman45
In Mozbar, optimization factors
"Avoid Keyword Stuffing in Document"
If a blog (or any other page) publishes an article, and that article attracts a considerable number of questions, it is inevitable to prevent repeating the keyword on that page. In other words, using keywords by users in comments should not be considered as "Keyword Stuffing". In my view, if this is true, you need to optimize the detection of "Keyword Stuffing".
By the way, thanks for the valuable service and tools for SEO.
Best regards,

Grade F pages - all first in Google
Any anyone explain what value the Grade pages are if, as in my case, I have 9 Grade F pages of which 4 are in first position on Google, 1 is in second and the rest are 4th! I understand why SEOM might be flagging them as Grade F (keyword use in tags etc), but it seems it must be looking at the wrong clues if it still thinks that its recommendations are the most relevant to improving position. These are not obscure terms (Spy devices, electronic surveillance, spy systems, surveillance systems) for a UK site (www.spycatcheronline.co.uk) I appreciate that the points highlighted may need to be addressed, but clearly the pages/site are doing something right to come first - does this not devalue the whole Grade system on SEOM? Bad code on Learn Seo Redirection info Page
Is it just me, or is the Redirection resource page missing the exclamation point (!) in this code. If so, this could really mess someone's site up if they copy and paste. http://www.seomoz.org/learn-seo/redirection http://screencast.com/t/n7lknZ32G9xF Redirecting Canonical Hostnames: The original developers at SEOmoz needed to redirect any requests that do not start with www.seomoz.org to make sure they included the www. They did this not only because it looks better, but to avoid common canonicalization errors. Redirect: http://seomoz.org/To: http://www.seomoz.org/ Redirect: http://mail.seomoz.org/To: http://www.seomoz.org Redirect: http://seomoz.org/somefile.phpTo: http://www.seomoz.org/somefile.php Solution: Add the following directive: RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^seomoz.org [NC]RewriteRule (.*) http://www.seomoz.org/$1 [L,R=301] Explanation: This directive tells apache to examine the host the visitor is accessing (in this case: seomoz.org), and if it does not equal www.seomoz.org redirect to www.seomoz.org. The exclamation point (!) in front of www.seomoz.org negates the comparison, saying “if the host IS NOT www.seomoz.org, then perform RewriteRule.” In our case RewriteRule redirects them to www.seomoz.org while preserving the exact file they were accessing in a back-reference. *emphasis added by me
